We will not pass your details to any third parties other than those we employ specifically to carry out functions on our behalf. These contractors have access to personal information needed to perform the functions requested by Rooms Outdoor and may not use it for any other purpose.

The personal information we hold is kept in strict accordance with our internal security policy and will only be used for the purposes stated when collecting the information (sending you details, allowing you to log into our client information systems). We may use technology (cookies) to track behaviour patterns but this cannot be used to identify individuals.
